Hello and thanks in advance to all those who pass on their advice to me regarding my following concerns. I'm getting back into my 'schedule' after a shoulder issue months ago. My diet is excellent and my caloric intake is around 4000 daily now. Looking to run a trifecta stack for 4 weeks consisting of M1D, liquid masterdrol and I-GH-1. Mt PCT will be Formadrol.
I plan to dose in the following way:
(2) M1D upon awakening
(2) M1D 30 min prior to workout
(2) M1D before bed non-workout days
(2) servings of liquid MD pre-work-out
(4) GH-1's 15 minutes prior to workout on workout days
(4) GH-1's before bed on non-workout days
My question to you guys is weather or not this looks to be the most effective dosing for this stack. My goal is to increase lean mass and loose some body fat in general. Any other comments or concerns would be greatly appreciated also. Thanks in advance for the help guys!
