Dosing JW only on workout days

I was thinking about this the other day. What could JW do if you dosed it around your workout, let's say 3 caps pre- and 3 caps post-workout?

Has anyone ever tried this? Or is it just a stupid idea?

stupid idea, products that either work in augmenting your own production or exogenous in nature, should be used in a consistent manner. Spikes in hormonal levels lead to sides...
 
Not to mention if you want it to make you grow, think about it. You don't grow in the gym. You grow when you recover from the gym.
