Is HGW best at 2 500mg caps per day? If so, how long after starting it should you begin to notice its effects?

That's exactly what I take. From twin labs. I just take it an hour before sex 
I don't use it everyday though, just when I feel I might need it. For some it might work for others it won't. It's more of a hit or miss. Some also get allergic reactions. But I like it.
