Dosing help

Got my stack ready and pct as well i just need elp on workin out the dosage of everything and the correct times to take it all.. I was told its bad to take it all around same time that everytjin shu be spaced out

But heres what i got

Helladrol - was thinking of going 50/75/75/100/100/100 might bump last week to 125

Nolvadex - idk how to dose in pct or time to

Ai cycle support - dnno when in the day to take it

Orange triad multi vitamin - 6.pills a day -- all at once or spread out?

Creatine - post workout ok?

For pct also have Triazole & DAA

Idk how tondose triazole or DAA an when to take them

Also i am ordering some forma stanzol once i get enuf money so tht will be added in also

I dnt think i missed anythig, once i get answers on ptoper times of dosing and proper amounts i will start pre loading my cycle support wen i get answers and that means cycle will start 2 weeks frm when i figure everything out


I will also be running a detailed log here once i get everything figured out
 
hella: space your doses out by 12 hours, 8 once you hit 75+
ai: 4 hours separated from hella, 2-3x a day (not exactly sure how its dosed).
mutli: split, some with each solid meal
creatine: whenever you like
forma: 12 hours apart

nolva: same time every day with food is ok
DAA ~30 minutes preworkout
triazole: bottle directions should be fine.

Ok that all sounds great thanks so much for the help.

I know uou said bottle direction on triazoleshud be fine but it wbt interfer ifni take it to close to cycle suport or nolva will it??

An as for hella when im doing 50mg
1 pill like 8am another 8 pm
Theb at 75mg i wu hve to tke it 8am/ 4pm /12am

Or wud taking two at 8am and 1 at 8pm Be bad?

Also can ypu confirm wht helladrol capsules loo like. I bought it frm a auction sealed vut j just want to verify they r correct pills blue/white right?
 
triazole will have no interactions with cycle support or nolva.

50 mg is right
75 mg you can do 8 am, 4pm, 10pm

the ones i have are blue and white.

And also i have to load cycle support for 2 week before i can start helladrol rite
 
I'm horrid with that stuff man, I use an app to help me out, that and since I'm cutting, I don't eat until I'm full, ever.

Also 2 weeks on cycle support loading right?? At 1scoop? Then while ON i do 2scoop and pct 2 scoop??
 
I started thr loading on cycle support today..

Cab anyone verify with my it says 2 scoops a day but duting pre ccle its ok to do 1 scoop and then while im ON 2 scoops and pct 2 scoops??

Also am i right for loading two weeks or can i start my helladrol sooner?

Also when should i start my log?? Day one of being ON or would it be a good idea to start log while loading cycle support

Also last question manbeast, u said i could take triazole and goma stanzol pct..

It wnt be overkill with a serm??
 
those all work through different pathways, the triazole and forma together might end up being overkill (too much AI if the tirazole has one).
 
Yes triazole is consdered an AI

The bottle says maximal hormonal domination

So jud i jusy stick to forma stanzol or triazole ??

I havent bought forma yet i was goin to order it after i got all these questions sorted out.. I alrdy have the triazole though..

And as for pre loading cycle support is it two weeks?
 
yes, two week preload, half dose should be fine, and half dose during pct should be fine as well if you are running low. forma could be used on cycle as an AI without hindering gains, and adding to growth potential by maximizing IGF, it isn't "needed" though.
 
Ok sk if i use forma stanzol while on, what the cirrect dosing for it while on? How many am pumps and how many pm each week?

And as for triazole, i i am using formal while on, once i hit PCT i should stop formal and start triazole during week 2 of PCT?
 
use the forma until you start the triazole.

forma while on 5 pumps AM 5 pumps PM (or 4 and 4, you aren't using a heavily aromatizing compound) and then just 3 and 3 that first week of pct before hittin up the triazole.
 
Ok perfect, now i remember being warned while taking forma stanzol be careful if you have wife/child in house

I have both.. And my child is 4months.

After applying i need to not get to close is that right??
 
i'd use latex gloves to apply to areas that you can cover with a shirt, toss the gloves, wash your hands to be safe, and then put a shirt on. If you are worried just steer clear of it, it is great but not worth causing stress to yourself over.
 
I dnt think it would cause stress u eased my mins i am however wondering, how about my shirts when i put it to laundry, should it e seerate then wifes clothes??

if you are washing your whites (and I'd assume you'd just use a white undershirt) in hot water and bleach, you'll be fine, otherwise separation wouldn't be a bad idea just to be safe.

are you cutting, lean bulking, or recomping?
 
Well initially my goals were to get bigger but im 6'0" at 192 right now .. Maybe 15% BF ckming from a bulk last week...
so i think i may be leaning towards a recomp so i can burn a lot o fat but still gain some LBM maybe few lbs while burning about 10lbs of fat
 
Calories:
Lifting Days: 1-200 above maintenance.
Cardio Days: 250 below maintenance.
Off Days: 500 below maintenance

Lift for hypertrophy, and do cardio as often as you can, but make sure its short and sweet.
 
I qas actually planning on doing 10min treadmill every day and 10min stair master everyday after my workout..

So shpuld i not do that then?? Since u said eat below on days i do cardio??
 
what does your split look like?
 
Saturday - chest back shoulder
Sunday - bicep tricep abs
Monday - legs
Tuesday - rest
Wenesdy - full upper strength day / abs
Thursday - full lower strength day
Friday - rest

And planned on doing that 20mins of cardio each day basically it would equal out to a little over 1 mile on treadmill and then 10mins stairmaster

If i need to i can just do more treadmill on certain days and not do it on others i thats needed
 
Ok, so even on the "rest" days you are doing cardio?
 
Oh no sorry i didnt mean to be confusing ..

Just those 5days of training i wa going to be doing cardio.

Should i be doing it differently??
 
nah, ya gotta do what works for you man, that's what the game is all about.

on the workout days, I'd eat about 250 over maintenance, and on the rest days I'd go about 500 below maintenance to start things off.
 
Ok well yea so is that enough of cardio to drop a few pounds of fat?? Or should it be more intense anything worls for me really i have a veryy felxible schedule
 
I prefer HIIT for true pure fatloss 15-20 minutes of that would be brutality. If you could do that on the lifting days, and 20 minutes LIS on the "rest" days you'll nuke a ton of fat.
 
Ok ill look into HIIT & LIS more to see what to do .. And doing HIIT wont affect my goals if still trying to get a little bigger right??
 
HIIT for 10-15 minutes with a 3 minute warmup 2 minute cooldown is probably the most pro-anabolic cardio in existance.
