Dosing frequency MDien + 4ad

I have read in another post That there may be issues for people not dosing enough times a day for M4ohn.
possibly up to every 3-5 hrs.

Do all the PH's need to be split dosed?

If not what is the dosing recomendations to maximize the blodd concentrations for:

DS Mdien + Ergo 4ad

Bump on this question. I'm also curious to see what the concensus is on dosing frequency for some of the new methyls.

With regards to the second question, I've heard a lot of suggestion that M-Dien and 4-AD stacked is a no-no. Supposedly the M-Dien causes a rise in progesterone which, when combined with the rise in estrogen caused by the 4-AD, = large supple man breasts. For me a dosing recomendation for the 2 together would be zero.
