What is the best dosage of Competitive Edge Labs Cycle Assist for preloading and during a cycle of H-Drol at 50/50/75/75/75/75?

Was thinking of doing the following:

Preload 10 days before starting H-drol at 4 caps per day around 7am.
While using H-dro, take 4 caps around 7am and 4 caps around 9pm.
