I running 50mg of Halovar this week can I take the 2 pills before the gym? Or is it better to break up the dosage.

i always did that. about an hour or two before the gym. gives you some energy boost. so can you do it...yup

no matter the daily dose, whenever i run an oral i take the full dose 1-2 hours pre workout

I always prefer to break up the dosage. It is better for your plasma levels.
