Dose timing for test base (4ad)

Im running LGD, added 4ad as a test base. I have ams chrome, starting at 2 per day. How should i time the dose? One am one preworkout or afternoon im guessing? U dont see a reason to dose at night

I'd try and do equal spacing so your blood serum levels stay about the same so space it like 12 hours apart

I'm also thinking of getting and chrome , you do it based on price ? Or cause it's liquid?

I have the sublinguals, i got them in a trade actually, id have got supermandro or andro the giant (whichever is 4ad) if i were to buy now. There also a site for bulk powder super cheap
