dosage timing

I'm gonna be running a haloplex cycle 50/75/75/75/75/75 or 100. The capsules are 25mg, so would I spread the doses out throughout the day or can I just take the whole shot at once? Thanks.

Spread then out. 1 in morning 1 Pre workout. 1 a few hours later
