Dosage Suggestions

I am going to be starting a Havoc Cycle. I have done many injectables and have stayed away from orals. But due to an injury that put me out for a few years I thought I would use some OTC stuff to rebuild my base.

So I need to know what dosage to take for Liver Support.

MILK THISTLE
NAC
ALPHA LIPOIC ACID

I will be using liquid Clomid & Nolva for PCT

I can also get and use some HCG if that is needed during cycle.
