Dosage Frequency Abbreviations, EOD, QD

Sometimes I do not understand the abbreviations used for dosage frequency. Is there a list somewhere?
Examples:
e3d = every 3rd day
eod = every other day

I would like to know how to say "every day", "twice a week", etc.

and what does QD mean? is that every day?

QD - once a day
BID - twice a day
TID - 3 times a day
BW - bi weekly
