Dosage for 76 year old

Good Day
I am a 76-year-old Caucasian male living in South Africa. I am presently on 50 mg of ethanoate and 500 Ui of HCG every third day . I started on TRT due to aging and in an attempt to maintain my energy levels and libido. I have recently started getting man boobs so started on Arimidex but stopped using it due to itchy skin. I have now started using Aromasin @12,5 mg every third day.
So far all is well but am probably going to increase the Ethanoate to 75mg every third day as my libido could do with a bit of a boost. The

If your getting "man boobs" or estrogen dominate traits with 50mg of enanthate per week, then adding more enanthate is most likely gonna give you more of the same. It sounds like your bodyfat level may be to high to handle TRT (like somewhere above 20-25%)? Do you have bloodwork before and after starting TRT?
