Dorian synthol/calf implants

I didn't follow the Olympias as closely during Dorian's reign, but have noticed that his calves are ridiculous in pictures I've seen. They seem pretty unnatural. Anyone know if used synthol or got calf implants?

i've never heard that accused and they certainly don't looked syntholed at all

Actually looking at some pics of his calves from the back, they do look pretty natural (albeit huge).

From the front, they look like they really jut out to the inside unnaturally or maybe it was just the pics I saw.

Naw, Dorian was the ****. No synthol just hard work in the gym.
