Donating blood while on testosterone

Red blood cells are running on the high side.
Thinking of donating blood. Just wasn't quite sure how soon before next blood test for (T levels) should I give to get a more accurate reading? "&"
Should I give whole blood or the double red donation?
Whole blood someone can give every 8 weeks / "double red"is every 16 weeks!
 
I give blood but I prefer double red, you'll lower your hematocrit more, yet you won't really lose blood volume as they pump your plasma, etc back into you after it all goes through a machine. You'll feel much better after doing the double red.

But if you are only doing TRT in moderate dosages (closer to 100mg/week), whole blood once in a while might be fine.

This. I do double red every 16 weeks per the blood people's rules.
