Biden did TRY to impose a 10mph speed limit in 2022 (to save impacts with whales or fuel savings or global warming garbage, etc) but the boating industry fought back and won. It never became law.

In the end I agree with about 90% of stuff but I’m not going to pretend to like this current administration. 180 degrees different from his first 4 years.
