Get rid of cops and give ever citizen a gun on their 18th birthday when they register to vote.

Sometimes I watch Tombstone and I cringe because its one of the greatest movies ever but the entire plot is about gun control.

Serious question, How does society work without law enforcement? We already have a bunch of people who think they should be able to do whatever they want and rules should apply to everyone except for themselves, what do we do in a situation where there's no law enforcement and there really are no consequences anymore?

I can tell you personally if there was no cops to be called and no consequences I would do some pretty wild s*** when I'm pissed off, especially if another individual is out of line. But what stops me from breaking their jaw is knowing that the police will come and I'll go to jail.

keep in mind I live in Washington, a deep blue state, where the fenty fold is a common occurance on every sidewalk, "no loitering" has turned into "camp and $**** on any sidewalk you want". we have passed no-pursuit laws. and if I'm actually in trouble, response times are slow.

so where I do see cops doing things is pulling over people who are speeding, or using the carpool lane, etc. basically the majority of the people being ticketed or fined in my region, are the same people racing to work to pay the taxes that fund the system that controls them.

the actual trouble makers, the pimps, whores, and drug dealers have no impact.

Now if I am armed (which I am) and you know I'm armed, an intruder becomes more more civil to me. but in a world where our guns are required by law to be locked up (washington state) an intruder can not only have plenty of time to break in, shoot me, and rape my wife, but if he trips and breaks his leg, he can also sue me.

I grow food, I raise meat, I pay bills, I protect my family, I take care of myself, I don't need or want government intervention in any of those things. What the government wants to do is tell me I can't dig a well, I have to use the water they fill with chemicals. I can't build a chicken coop, I need a permit they'll deny. I can't grow cannabis, I have to use pharma, I can't distill whiskey, i have to pay taxes. I can't defend myself, I have to wait 15 minutes for a cop to show up to take care of it, and if I'm running late for work I can't do 65 in a 60 or they'll make me later and charge me for trying.


I'm not saying I'm ACAB or that I oppose cops, I'm just saying that I'm asking more questions on the topic because I personally do not need government in my life.

If i'm paying taxes I want the government to pave my roads (which they don't in WA) and defend American borders (which we do, mostly). I do not want them to indoctrinize my kids in school and I don't want them to tell me what I can or cannot smoke and drink. the fact that cannabis and moonshine and anabolics are felonies, while pharma, dispensaries, distilleries, and HRT for trannies is legal tells me I'm done with the government. I simply do not want it in my life at all.

also, lets talk about Flock cameras.

you're absolutely right and I think that you and I should have the right to break the jaw of a man that is abusing our women. but right now if I lash out at a man who hurts my daughter I put my whole family at risk of losing all our assets.
