For what it is worth like a week before this I seen that Iran and Saudis just recently started talking about coexistence in the region. Iranian officials today said there is no such threat.

Also keep in mind democrats just passed legislation to stop arm sales to Saudi Arabia due to not producing more oil…now conveniently the pentagon tells us Saudis could be under attack?

Obviously I don’t know for sure but it sounds like typical bully **** from the US world police.

Lmao actually looked into those reports and they fudged the numbers more than Amazon prime did for Rings of Power. It was just a media piece to create panic. Diesel in my area actually dropped a tiny bit in the last week. The “25days till we run out” is not based on anything coming in or being produced at the moment. Another fake news things

Average Diesel price in California is $6.30.

And that is probably the least lousy part of California, as it now exists.
 
ADL is pressuring people to stop advertising on Twitter due to, wait for it, anti-semitism…no policy has changed at all to this point. Some of the companies who have did not stop when others did back when it was revealed ads were being put with child sex stuff. This includes companies like VW and Ford.

Seems like they are trying to hurt Musk. Well not seems; they are. I would love to see what his engineers find on bots and “lowering the voice” of people. Hopefully it is public.

Doesn’t make sense to me. Just curious bc I seen a couple stories like “thousands trapped in China’s Disney for zero Covid” etc.

Its a police state and its a way of tracking and control dissent across the country, or any potential dissent in the future. Also breaks societies down and conditioning to them to the future, for a while China was like the wild west and people were enjoying alot of freedoms, but with Xi in power he liked to clamp down on that and have that in check. Thats just my opinion.

Also on the other side of things it trains the other side of it to control their own people (basically the Covid armies) on mass levels.
 
These people are the most Heavily invested in getting the Correct answers to who will win upcoming elections. Being biased would cost them money, so they can't afford it.
I don't gamble, but I always check out their election odds...

I guess since Hong Kong was quashed you don’t really hear of dissent…but I guess that doesn’t mean it’s not happening I guess.

Now the movie could be terrible, but the amount of forced compliance in America seems to be growing at such fast rates. If there wasn’t a second amendment in America I’m sure many in the west would love to do what China is doing. Obviously many like Beta would love to end that as well.

They are having trials right now over 2019 with harsh sentences. They arrested and shut down alternative media sources. For the first time in history, Hong Kongers couldnt have their annual candle light virgil for June 4th (Tianamen massacre,) Everbody in the Hong Kong government is now a communist approved puppet, opposition is wiped out.

Hong Kong is dead, its just another communist shythole.

That being said China is an incredible country with a rich culture and worth going to. I actually love China, the government just isnt enough libertarian for me, LOL!

I’m listening to Dave Smiths latest. He started off saying the libertarians are throwing support to Blake Masters. It’s really nuanced though. He said they are polling at 5-7%, the democrat is absolutely terrible, and Blake actually had a lot of libertarian values(albeit not perfect on say China). I think that’s really smart in a state like that. He said if we are in a situation where we will lessen liberty than what we are doing is bad for the cause. He said now if it’s Tulsi vs Graham(hypothetical) they would run hard against Graham. It was like a 15 minute monologue basically using a very nuanced approach. I really think the Mises Caucus is being really smart and serious about spreading liberty. Reminds me of reading Rothbard in the 90’s and his very interesting book “Betrayal of the American Right.” Reminds me of you guys working with Yang.

The rest of the episode is on that bullshit article about amnesty over Covid in the Atlantic. Atlantic admitting what we all knew and saying there was no way to know. Weirdo authoritarians.
 
And also Ax when ever I say I like or dislike a country, and I honestly have some level of respect for all cultures, when I say something it’s always the government and not the people.

I have read a lot of the great libertarian and anarchist writers(left and right) and I agree with them a ton. I just think at the highest scale, outside of Hoppe, they did not look enough into actual power politics to dissect those issues. I think Rothbard would have had he been alive longer.

Power politics, for anyone here, are not ideological. They are essentially Machiavellian to put it in a nutshell. Read The Prince. Still relevant IMO.

Larry Sharpe (Governor candidate in NY) was talking about this, he (and other Libertarians) were upset at not so much the Libertarian candidate dropped out and decided "to vote" for the Republican, but the fact that he through his public endorsement at a Republican because Arizona needs some 5-6% of the vote for ballot access, and ballot access gives the Libertarian party legitimacy. And the problem with that is not so much what happened in Arizona but the trickling effect it may have to other Libertarians running both large and small local elections across the country. He should have just quietly dropped out and done as he pleases.

I dunno much about Blake Masters but if he was an Libertarian infiltrator such as Rand Paul I myself would consider voting for him even if he was a "R" but thats depends on who my party or any "I" is running as well. Im truly not loyal to any party, just loyal to the ideology of freedom and Liberty. And I did consider Zeldin here in NY to see what he was about it it was nauseating to me, he is crap.

I know Blake is running on local elections and this isnt so relevent to Arizona policy, but I would like to know what type of foreign policy he truly believes in before propping him up to a major power position such as Governor, how he feels about Military Spending (Im pro-Military btw, just dont like the Industrial Complex,) and his thoughts on Julian Assange and Edward Snowden would be telling me alot about him.
