Yeah. It’s pretty f*ckin bad. I only buy things that yield a high reward. Things that get me high, get me really horny, or keep me alive for the time being. So kratom, testosterone, and Vaseline. How bad is the economy. A gym owner says you must ask for cleaning spray to wipe down your machine/bench because he had over 40 bottles of spray cleaner stolen last week.
So true!Only missing the man-bun....
Well, I do it dry most of the time. The Vaseline is just a special treat. But when I want it, I need to know it’s there…Vaseline keeps you alive??
That’s not too far off from how I have to walk through every patient floor in the hospital. Every floor/unit is “outbreak“ status. They REALLY need to stop testing. A very small portion of patients are even admitted because of COVID these days. It’s not worth all of the surveillance and bullsh*t.Tell me you voted for Biden without telling me you voted Biden...Invalid Link Removed
I don't blame him. Unless you have symptoms there is ZERO reason to be tested for anythingHaving said that, we do currently have one patient who refused a routine rapid test upon admission, stating COVID was a hoax.
So, he had to be treated as if he were a COVID patient and put everyone else though all the additional work/time of dealing with all the PPE whenever entering/leaving the room.
At that point, just friggin take the swab and get over yourself.

I don't even see that as a sign of the shyt economy we have right now as much as I see it as what degenerates people have become and will use any excuse to steal now. It's disgusting.
I literally had a Home Depot cashier thank me a couple weeks ago for paying for my stuff. I laughed and said, what else would I do, just walk out with it? And she said it happens all day and the week before someone walked out with an electric mower and a traeger grill because they aren't allowed to stop them. She said that some days she used to get frustrated and now she can't wait to quit so she can tackle one of them on the way out the door, LOL. She was about 60 something and maybe 100lbs.
When I first caught glimpses of that background during the Biden speech, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It speaks evil socialist empire…which is exactly what it is. The symbolism is real, and it’s hard to believe what has taken place here in the US.This is PRECISE
This is absolutely 10000000% a Biden supporters stupidity.
This is how stupid they/you/he/she are.

The problem with that patient refusing a COVID swab is that it does nothing to change the overall situation as the people in charge of still implementing all of these protocols will never even hear about it. Nor would they care. He was admitted for shortness of breath, but it was cardiac related. However, even for his own benefit it would have been helpful to know his COVID status as well. Keeping him isolated from other patients makes a double bed room a single bed room, as we still had to protect him from known positives. This also means one less person can be admitted for whatever reason.I don't blame him. Unless you have symptoms there is ZERO reason to be tested for anything
The flu was never treated this way and covid shouldn't be either
Just because they made this in a lab and attempted to polish off the population. We know this is a hoax. It's a real virus that was designed to be treated 100x worse then it is. I call that a hoax. It's a legit virus but mild in the majority of the population
The vaccine is what is deadly. Look at all the clotting, and the deaths from the clotting and the structures that aren't even clots, but actual MRNA structures acting as clots that are killing 10,000+ a day.
This was 100% intentional.
If you think about things like this Plandemic, or 9/11 for instance. And you consider that our very own Govt (shadow govt) and globalists are behind this. We are under attack. We are absolutely at war and people are strolling around acting like all is well. And it is not.
I'm totally joking sir. I love home depot. I was trying to be funny.. I know the internet doesn't always communicate right. My bad.I don't get. You asked if it breaks can you return it and proceeded to break the handle for some reason then they gave you your money back. Why F Home Depot?

What if we had thrown him into a room with a known positive and he became very ill…or died? Not to mention the extra time involved in taking care of a patient in isolation when staff remains very low. So he is making it much more challenging for people to care for him. The care he sought out to receive himself. Often times in life, we have to swallow our pride and follow some rules we don’t necessarily care for or agree with.
Clinical staff (myself included) is infinitely more tired of all this bullsh*t than he could ever begin to imagine. Nobody hates the fact that this has been ongoing more than us. So if he didn’t want to think about himself, it’s just something he could of done out of respect for those people that have been through the ringer, and were just trying to care for him efficiently.
Do I think and wish all this should or would go away? Absolutely! And it basically has in day to day life for just about everyone. The hospital of course is a completely different scenario. Hospital acquired COVID is a big thing. I mean, would I want my early 70’s father paired up in a hospital room with a patient that is COVID positive? Of course not. So how do we know if a given patient is COVID positive if we don’t test them? As much as I don’t like any of it myself, I understand why it still remains the way it is. Until we are ready as a society to subject ourselves or our loved ones to widespread hospital acquired COVID infections, it’s just what we have to deal with. While it’s not nearly as devastating as before, people can still get extremely ill. Now, it’s essentially equivalent to influenza in the hospital setting, though still slightly worse and infinitely more contagious. People are very often tested for both.
I would love nothing more than to get out of the healthcare field, as that is the only way COVID won’t forever be a part of my life.

I'm no expert but that's what he and his crew uses.well, I disagree with Estwing tools being the best by a long, long shot.
all carpenters worth their salt know you don't buy Delluge's at HD.
because HD sells the cheap Chinese version of everything.

I think nursing is still a very reasonable career for someone to pursue. There are infinitely more opportunities for working outside the hospital setting and various management type roles even within or outside the hospital setting. The pay scale is higher, and there are so many possibilities to grow in whatever direction you may want. The same is not true for respiratory therapists like myself. There are other specialties like home care, pulmonary office work, sleep lab etc, but the pay is lower. I certainly can’t afford to go any lower…hahaI was accepted into a nursing program awhile back and at the time my first was ready to be born. I could not do the schooling and pay for my child at the same time so I had to drop out of it. Looking back I think it’s for the best. Not that I have some awesome fun job now or anything and I’m not disparaging people in the field; but I just think I would have came to a very tough crossroads with my beliefs and working in that environment. I totally get what you are saying. You wanted him to get the swab bc of the issues it causes and not due to loving the idea of having to do it.
Such is life. A small percent of people have a job that fulfills their life and brings meaning. For most of us I would say the job is there to afford the things that create meaning.
But yes, being a part of the hands on clinical team in a hospital is like signing up for the military in many ways. You are definitely under their control and you can find yourself being expected to do things you didn’t particularly sign up for.I was accepted into a nursing program awhile back and at the time my first was ready to be born. Can someone answer this? I’m trying to figure out why we are being mandated this year to take the infuenza vaccine? We used to be able to decline, and then we would have to wear surgical masks within 6 feet of every patient.
Last year, they stated mandating it because they said that if we are to get influenza, we would be more susceptible during that period to get COVID. Well, actually no. Because I certainly wouldn’t be at work, or out and about if I were sick with influenza. We all knew it was just an excuse to vaccinate us, since all of us were/are required to wear surgical masks at all times regardless (due to COVID precautions). Sh*t, 1/2 the time or more, we are in N95’s regardless.
So this year, we didn’t even get a bullsh*t explanation for the mandate, they just emailed us the deadlines and that was it. They do however offer legit medical exemptions, but religious exemptions no longer exist.
This is absolutely ridiculous, as I literally can’t think of one justification. Living in a free country f*cking rocks!
Sounds like the classic example of people in power pushing the limits to see what people will accept, and then once they do it becomes the expectation.
I try to explain to people in my personal life how dangerous setting bad precedents can be, and how these things can spiral to repercussions that are not even thought of, but we live in a high time preference society where immediacy is all that matters.
I was thinking today, that clinical staff should receive a cash bonus if they don’t get sick with influenza regardless of a vaccine. It would likely achieve multiple goals more effectively than the largely ineffective influenza vaccine. I’m not anti-vaccine, but I never get the flu- and I’m quite sure I would survive it if I ever did. It also wouldn’t have any long term health implications. So why would I want to take a vaccine every year for the rest of my career for something I am not concerned about contracting? One of the things as a leader in my company that I push my teams to do is go the opposite way- challenge the status que. Don't accept that just because executives are making policy and processes that it is the right thing- ask questions and bring solutions that you feel are better. Once people stop questioning things is when it gets dangerous.
I had to tax this for redistribution.Invalid Link Removed

I remember all the idiots literally begging for the Patriot Act.
"Come and take all my rights and privacy. I have nothing to hide" is what they all said. And they constantly used that photo of the man nosediving out of one of the Towers in order to convince everyone to very simply give up every right you "had".
I just discovered something interesting and that makes complete sense from a YouTuber.
You know how Biden has been shaking hands with what appears to be air on numerous occasions after speeches?
He is shaking hands with the Devil.
I guess the whole motto was, "they hate us for our freedom, so we will take them instead so they cant take that from us" LMFAO @sheep!!!
Nice catch! Not at all surprising..Makes sense
