None of those cases they listed seem like blatant partisan bias. So what's your point? Ruling that the EPA overstepped it's bounds according to the seperation of powers? Thats a fairly clear cut ruling.

It's not a coincidence that his personal beliefs and opinions mirror his rulings. No judge actually admits to judicial activism, however I'm admitting that both sides do it.
