I love the Rock, but does anyone truly know his political views and policy ideas? Im willing to listen to what he has to say when he runs but if he is a Republican or Democrat I refuse to vote for him.
 
Trump said that Obama cleared Flynn for his top secret clearance. What Trump didn't tell you is that Flynn did not report his consultant fees paid to him by the Russians and other countries. He deliberately left out key information like Jared Kushner did on his top secret clearance filing. If Trump wouldn't hire conmen like himself he might have a chance at making it to 2020.

I really dont think that the Obama administration has any political integrity to give security clearance to anybody.....If I was Dump I wouldnt even admit anything Obama approved in the first place, that right there is a bigger National Security risk than anything related to Russia.

Same here. I'm done with the thought that people make good presidents simply because they have charisma. Obama fooled me the first election, but won't happen again.
 
There is a small group of republicans that are starting to think about the 25th amendment. Let it be so. God bless America and hopefully, we will see Trump taken away to the asylum in a straight orange jacket.

Ill be all over Dumps azz the next 4-8 years (over real policies, not libertarded and globalist nonsensical crap) and Im sure glad I have him to criticize rather than Hitlery. I dont think their policies are really too different but Im optimistic about some things with Dump at least.

I agree with all of the above, 2nd Amendment I wish he truly supported it all the way but at least it appears it wont get worse....Im also looking at tax reform and health care....it doesnt look like Dump has much say in the health care bill though, it seems he will sign whatever falls on his desk I just hope he reads it first.

There is alot of investment that has come and will come here in the USA thanks to deregulation, its looking like a good trend. Even Apple just announced a 1 billion dollar investment here in the USA the other day. Samsung, some Chinese companies etc....its all coming and I think domestically we will be better.

Ive given up hope on his foreign policies, it doesnt seem like we will ever end all these wars and only getting more and more involved. Thats the big one for me but I understand some people feel differently.

There is much more as well if I thought it over more, but really Im sitting back and giving him a chance on some things I will see, and he better do a good job this country needs it.

yes, I still have hope for a tax bill....Obama has ruined healthcare, no matter what the republicans pass when the dems get back in power I am sure healthcare will go to single payer.

but the point I was making is the left makes so much noise and has the media supporting their views that people would be tempted to think that the vast majority are trump haters, this just isn't the case...trump supporters tend to be less vocal than the hysterical trump haters, imo!!!

this is what I try and explain to people...just because you see protests and anti-trump rallies doesn't mean they have the support of any more than probably half the country...actually I think far less than half the country approves of left wing theatrics.

They know what they want....the truth is if Gary Johnson was the only candidate entitled to leave a 3 $100 bills and a iPad at the ballot for each vote he would have won by a landslide.

I am honest enough to know than my 'disdain' for Obama often clouds my judgement....but the press raked Obama protesters over the coal, and gleefully report on anti-trump protests....am I mistaken to believe there is a double standard, maybe-but I don't think so.

Not at all. The media is extremely biased and looked the other way while Obama ordered drones to wipe out a lot of families.
 
What's crazy to me is what has happened to the news media in our country (I see it's already being discussed above). I'm more open to both sides if they have good ideas, but when I watch Fox News, it's almost 24/7 blatant propagandizing/defending Trump (not just reporting what's going on in the world). When I watch CNN and MSNBC, it's negative on Trump 24/7, it's crazy and very blatant... these "news" orgs have become political organizations essentially.

And then they spend hours and hours analyzing who said what in D.C. (because reporting gossip is easy) while totally ignoring the rest of the country, including the significant things going on like poverty in inner cities, income inequality, opioid epidemic, decline of working class etc. It's all "Sean Spicer said this but then Trump said that and blah blah."

This has nothing to do with Dump, but the NSA itself. If the NSA had only been created to keep America "secure" they simply told Microsoft of the vulnerability they were able to exploit, then this latest attack couldnt have possibly ever took place. Obviously NSA is full of dogcrap and has no regards for security of people. I think based on the history of the NSA, FBI and CIA secretly leaking out viruses and malware on the internet in order to allow more spying of its citizens it wouldnt surprise me if the NSA was fully responsible for this latest ransomware attack as a false flag to get more funding and gain more powers.

Let me correct myself...blame should be placed on Dump. The NSA has been nothing but disgracfully criminally evil and if Dump was to "drain the swamp" he would push to rid of the NSA as a whole at day 1. Kaspersky Labs has said the attack was likely Russian in nature.

FWIW my post was a joke about how when anything happens under a presidency which people don't like, people blame the president. But when they tolerate them, they say it's not their fault lol

I think it is going to be revealed that Obama was using american security agencies to spy on republican political opponents--Obama gives new meaning to dirty deeds done dirt cheap.

I want to see Trump do well and I'm not a fan of the political-media-Wall Street-corporate etc. establishment.

To me though:

-Healthcare bill (in current form) is a poorly thought out mess that somehow manages to kick a bunch of people off medicaid to help fund the tax cuts, that will mainly benefit the rich. We got to discuss the bill in whatever form it is in currently, which is the one that passed the house.

-He said he would terminate NAFTA, now he has agreed to "negotiate" which may mean he's going to do nothing meaningful on it.

- Border crossings are way down yeah. Wall is stalled now.

-Infrastructure?

We'll see how the rest goes but to me it seems like Trump spends a lot of time getting in his own way by creating scandals/tweeting/fighting with everybody in DC and less time building concensus and getting big things accomplished.

And the partisans continue to defend "their guy" no matter what they do, and the only thing that ultimately happens is the rich get what they want, and everyone else generally gets shafted. "Divide and conquer." Oh well **** it. People will never change.

I am glad to see you are not a partisan who puts best for party over best for country....yes, I agree trump is often his own worst enemy.

you have to realize that the choices for president were not the best...I firmly believe that with all his faults trump was and is the best choice--I hate to even imagine the direction the country would be going in if Hillary had been elected---I used to have nightmares thinking that she was going to win, I almost believe it was divine intervention that led to trump winning!!!
