Donald Trump running for president

I saw something from 2015, but more recent NASA reports don't show that.

it was the very 1st thing listed when I googled are the polar ice caps melting...it would seem there is some debate within NASA?

My stance on climate change is:
Weather it is true we caused it -or not. Bringing down the pollution should be in everyone's interest, period.

Here's an article from Nature that explains it a bit more. This article is also from 2015.

From the article:

"The findings do not mean that Antarctica is not in trouble, Zwally notes. “I know some of the climate deniers will jump on this, and say this means we don’t have to worry as much as some people have been making out,” he says. “It should not take away from the concern about climate warming.” As global temperatures rise, Antarctica is expected to contribute more to sea-level rise, though when exactly that effect will kick in, and to what extent, remains unclear."

Everybody knows that the climate has and always will change, and there is nothing anybody can do to stop nature outside of adapting to your natural environment. Man made influence? A big maybe, but if there was a primary factor that is man made at the top of my list Id say government scientific projects (such as nuking the atmosphere and HAARP.)

Absolutely and climate change skeptics are for the most part environmentalists, when it makes sense of course. Paying a global bank of elites taxes and consolidating the sovereignty of the nations power to them simply cannot be the answer though when it comes to solving our problems.

Don't forget about asthma and auto immune diseases caused by car exhaust and industrial pollution, our drink water supplies are in danger too - all man made.
Until humanity can live with an outdated smartphone, we all are fugged in future.

I 100% agree we need to do things to improve the situation...just that the typical libtard (hi misfit!!! :) j.k) equates making climate change a debate equates to supporting environmental Armageddon.

I'm not so sure about climate skeptics for the most part being environmentalists......LOL.

Definitely most are...but of course there is going to be a big bunch of who are a part of the skeptic side that dont give a crap about anything other than money and power of course just like those who have infiltrated the "climate change" side.

Not an "alternative" fact? :toofunny:

LOL I noticed yesterday they started using that new propaganda slogan in place of fake news. I wonder what they will come up with next? How about just calling them straight out Alex Jones listeners?

Washington Post reported illegals voted in 2008 . Remember Jill Stein's Michigan recount was called off because of voting machines recorded more votes than number of registered voters in 60% of the precincts.

Which is perfectly legal. LMAO!

Then why did Trump mention that in his tweet?

In case you didn't click the link, here's what it says:

"I will be asking for a major investigation into VOTER FRAUD, including those registered to vote in two states, those who are illegal and...."

Recounts amounted to Dump gaining 10's of thousands of votes and then they quietly pushed this away? ROFL!!!

They all went from with Obama leading this....how can you question our democracy? to.... the Russians did it! To.... how can you question our democracy!??!

I think it would actually be significant if he did vote twice which we dont have anything on that, at least not yet.

To watch your head explode. :)

Nah, probably just because he's ignorant.

I never said it was illegal to be registered in two states, the illustrious Trump alluded to that himself.

It must be one of his alternative facts
Pretty much unrelated, but I think "alternative facts" perfectly encapsulates the idea we have with kids today of "you didn't lose, you're just the last winner." That's an "alternative fact" if I've ever heard one, haha.

I'm going to take issue with this, even if you are being humorous. The only loser is one whom doesn't try (participate).
Isn't that what we all preach? The only bad workout is one you don't do. The rest is just you getting better.

I don't mean to pick on you. Please don't take it as that, because I respect the contributions you make greatly!
You are definitely one person I pay attention to and respect.

The 'alternative truths' as in Orwell's 1984 is far more seriously dangerous than anything with relation to Trump and his people pushing this language.
In those cases, his supporters actually believe him. That is dangerous.

Yes, it was intended to be mostly humorous, but there is some truth behind it. Not everyone always "wins" just by participating. What I mean is there's nothing evil about the word "losing" in sports and whatnot, and it can build character and help people learn to handle inevitable adversity they will face later in life. Not everyone needs a trophy just for participating just because the winners get one, for example. I remember being very upset as a child when I didn't win or place in martial arts tournaments, and it encouraged me to work harder and win the next one. Hell, I got a 6 foot trophy once. If I got the same medal or huge trophy for finishing 10th, there's just not the same incentive to winning. Also, it's different in say, gym class where every kid pretty much has to play, compared to competitive or rec leagues where participation is optional. Of course, any and all participation is good and should be encouraged, but not everyone always wins, sometimes people lose, and not everyone has the same talent in a given activity. Losing isn't an evil that children need to be constantly shielded from and kept ignorant to.

There's a big difference between losing and being a loser, between saying "you lost" and "you're a loser."

As to your other point, the government talking about "alternative truths" is very, very bad. People are gullible. However, this really isn't anything new to Trump, although it was taken to a more obvious, almost comical level. Politicians and news constantly manipulate statistics, if not outright lie, in both parties.

Thanks for expanding in such a great way! I didn't mean to come across as being harsh, but it is so difficult with the written word. I love competing, and always took my losses as just a meter of how I may improve for next time. I think the coupling of growth and learning with losing is so important, and actually saying the words, "last winner" is kind of funny... kids certainly know better, or should. I know I did.

It's knowing one should get back in the game and try again, not just to see if you can win, but participating is what you love to do.
You can't eventually win if you don't love it. You can't love it, if winning is all that matters.

Thank you!

All that being said, Trump was the second winner with regard to the popular vote. :D
And, by that I mean he lost, but that doesn't make him a loser.

There are a few things about that though...there are an unkown amount of rigged votes...even when the Green Party financed recounts in several states, Dump was gaining 10's of thousands of votes and that idea quickly was pushed to the side.

Most of the country voted for Dump. I personally would never want small pockets of consolidated areas where you have the consolidation of power and corruption telling the rest of the country what to do, this is a disaster for state rights.

That being said, most of the country voted wrong and should have voted for Gary Johnson.

Gary Who? Never heard of the guy, and isn't that probably a damned shame?

I'm jabbing at Trump because he's a man-child sociopath whom will be impeached in record time, but I'd really love to hear more about Gary Johnson. He's not a 70 year old geezer like Trump is he?

Just to add....the election was already stolen from Bernie...Hitlery both stole the election and should not even been qualified to run do to that and the fact that she belongs in prison for corruption and treason.

Rich people don't go to jail that often. It's the poor whom do.
Trump has had more than enough scandals to land him dangerously close to a similar situation... Fraud with his "University" was a total scam and he got off easy with 25,000,000 settlement.

You're right. Bernie should have gone up against Trump at least, and he would have wiped the floor with that old [Trump] man. no sic.

Gary isnt my ideal Libertarian (note: I am not personally affiliated with any party), Ron Paul is, and to a lesser extent Ru Paul, or is it Rand.

I support government so small you can barely see it. Dump does not govern in this manner as we have already seen and as expected, Gary was most qualified to take office if you go by the top official 4 by far.

Just in case you really dont know who Gary is, he was the Libertarian candidate...the reason I voted for him was that at 5% you can get federal funding, which he did accomplish in several states if I remember correctly and the party has a whole has made significant progress this past 8 years. I only wish Rand would abandon the Republican party and be the leader of the Libertarian because although I like alot of Gary's anti-war, anti-global interventionist, anti-war on drugs, plus small government policies to sum it up, he is one CREEPY dude, lol

He won the "game." The goal wasn't to win the popular vote; perhaps campaign strategy would have been different if the objective was primarily on winning the popular vote instead of the electoral college. Context is key.

The point is. He's still not happy.

The electoral system needs some serious overall, especially after Barry Soetoro granted Feds power to overlook the polls.

Electronic voting machines are easily hacked, many are a top secret propriety so there is oversight is impossible.

We need to go to 100% paper ballots, and have strict voter ID laws coast to coast. Still wont be perfect but much better. The way mainstream media portrays any questioning of our voting system to be a "alternative fact" and it threatens our democracy is absolutely insane. Not questioning the legitimacy imo is anti-patriotic and naive.

I dunno what Dump is thinking at this point so I just have to chew on my protein bars and see what happens, but hopefully something good will come out of this.

He's thinking that his ego is unsatisfied with not winning the popular vote IMO.

That's why he said "millions of votes", when that clearly isn't the case.

Case in point, TN results of investigations: Invalid Link Removed

They found 42 cases of voter fraud for the ENTIRE year of 2016:

A breakdown of the 42 reports provided by Hargett's office shows the following, which were collected over all of 2016, which includes the March SEC primary, August state office elections and the November general:

18 instances of felons voting
9 instances of double voting
9 instances of residential issues
2 instances of fraudulent voter registration
2 instances of voters who are currently under investigation
1 instance of fraudulent absentee voting
1 instance of non-citizens voting

More than 4.3 million votes were cast in the three 2016 elections, according to the state's tallies.

So out of 4.3 million votes, there were only 42 reports of irregularity.

Please note that this is for a total of THREE elections, not just the November General Election.

Only one "non-citizen". Tennessee's immigrant population is growing substantially. We've had a 400% increase in immigrant population since 1990. Most of the Nashville immigrants are from Mexico, Kurdistan and Somalia. In fact, Nashville is called "Little Kurdistan" because of the large number of Kurds living here.

We want to create "stricter" voter laws (which costs money, btw) to stop something that isn't even a huge problem? I think they are already plenty strict.

Oh, and paper ballots worked really well in Florida in 2000 didn't they ;) That would cost even more money to implement and count all paper ballots. So much for conservatism....

They don't care that much about Tennessee, you can't rig the entire election you just try to influence it where it matters most such as Cali.

I'd rather spend 10000000 times more to count paper ballots than have top secret propriety electronic voting machines any day. Plus a bunch of them are connected to George Soros.

Just remind you I'm not a conservative.

Let's say for argument's sake that California has the same % of voter fraud, what would that be? I can't math this morning, LOL. Maybe less than .001%?

Total votes cast in Presidential election for CA was 14,181,594, so being generous with exactly .001% would give you a figure of 142 roughly votes. Not even close to MILLIONS.

In fact, Hillary beat Trump by almost the same margin that Obama beat Romney. The total number of votes was only higher by a little over a million. Only 1.5 % higher than Obama in 2012.

True, you have said you aren't conservative. I just think it's funny how conservatives claim to be anti-regulation unless it's their idea.

This George Soros stuff is just funny to me.

That's not the point I'm making, in the areas of interest the % wouldnt be the same but much higher. They can let Tennessee go and not worry about it.

I don't really have the answers other that I'm 100% positive it's a fact election rigging is going on just don't know to what extent excactly , I'm not so sure we will ever know. I can tell you Ron Paul still doesn't have his vote count from 4 and 8 years ago that's the truth, lol
