I think that if men have to register for selective service, then women should too. I support ACTUAL equality, not liberal PC BS equality.

This is true...he SHOULD release them.

On the flip side, Hillary SHOULD maintain appropriate security on her emails, she SHOULD not allow for any "pay to play" with the foundation, she SHOULD not be corrupt in her dealings with the foundation.

There are lots of things that SHOULD happen with these 2 horrible candidates

I know you're trolling, but in all honestly, we actually saw one of the first issues with a transgender/post-op athlete last year I think right? I can't remember the details.

Ehh, should healthy men and women be allowed to compete in the special olympics? There are different criteria for inclusion in different leagues. Sports leagues are private "businesses" or institutions, they should be allowed to allow, or not allow, whoever they want to play. If someone wants to make a dwarf basketball league, I say let them. Should young people be allowed to play in 50+ leagues, etc?

I don't think you should be allowed to go into women's restroom unless you have female genetalia and/or have medical evidence that you are in the process of undergoing treatment to have such a procedure done, or are at least on some sort of hormone treatment. We agree on that too.
 
As someone who by profession has to deal with this transexual bathroom issue, I am going to reserve comment. The only thing I can add is that it is not as crystal clear as for some it is a legit issue and for others its a way to take advantage.

Is there a link to the actual "study?" It just looked like the text of an interview discussing the study, but if there's one thing we know here on AM, it's that the media has no idea how to read studies, or even what a study is.

This is true. I'm trying to find it right now. Shankar Vedantam is a pretty reputable guy. All he covers is social science research, and I am a social scientist myself (Medical/Urban Anthropologist). Don't expect it to be like clinical trials, LOL. I'll post it up when I find it.

Men participating in women's sports is NOT what equality is about, nor do females wish to contend in males sport.

Equality is about establishing a women's league so they can participate in a sport at an elite level (or any level) just as a male can. People ITT seriously have no idea what equality is.

It's about affording equal opportunity, not holding people to the same standard. How hard is that to grasp? lol.

This. I have yet to see an elite female athlete complain that it's unfair that she can't play in professional male sports. They know that they aren't on that level. I have also yet to see an elite male athlete want to play in a women's league. Why would they? The only male athlete who would want to is one who couldn't make it in elite male leagues.

Is it unfair that there are 50+ leagues? Should a 22 year old be allowed to play in a senior league? How about in an under-18 league? Should a healthy person be allowed to compete in the Special Olympics? Apparently it's wrong or unequal have these leagues and not allow healthy men to play in them all?

Ehh, I'm VERY skeptical of the vast majority of these polls. I'm not saying that they're all actually manipulated, but here's an example to illustrate how a poll can have inherent bias:

Go on a Mustang forum and ask which car is better, the Mustang or Camaro. Now do the same thing on a Camaro forum. I'd expect to see significantly different results from the two polls, haha.

Agreed. I don't like polls either for that reason. Anyone here ever read the book, "How to Lie with Statistics"? It's actually a really good read.

It seems some people against such things see "Equal Opportunity" and automatically assume that someone is trying to get special treatment.

I haven't read it, but I did take a few statistics courses in school (basic and more advanced courses). It's very easy to manipulate statistics to say what you want. One extremely misleading "statistic" I saw was that Obama was improving the economy by reducing the deficit (leading people to believe that he was decreasing the US debt). In reality, what he was actually doing was decreasing the rate at which we were adding to the amount of money we owe as a country. A similar concept would be if you owed $100,000, and had been adding $20,000 to that debt every year, but this year you only added $10,000 to your debt. Good job! You cut your deficit in half using that logic! Except you now owe even more money than before. Try telling that to your bank. "But I cut my deficit in half!"

Looks like Kilary doesn't believe victims of sexual assault deserve to be "believed", like she proclaimed on her website anymore. She said they deserve to be heard and belI even when a woman is a victim of sexual assault. Now she has deleted the part of the statement saying they deserve to be believed.

It's interesting you should say that. I had a geology professor (who was actually an atheist), who said that the plagues of Egypt could have been caused by certain climate and environmental events, including a volcanic eruption, that likely occurred during the same timeframe. Now, some would say that disproves the whole religious/God aspect of it, but does it? I'm sure God could cause these events if he is all powerful.
