Because nothing says billionaire playboy like a teenage black girl, haha. It looks like that's just for the comics though, at least for now. Comics do strange things all the time. I don't know if it'll make its way into the movies, but RDJ isn't going to want to play Iron Man forever; he's done a lot of movies already.

Very sad, no excuse at all for that.

The first set of shots before the camera briefly turned away. Was that the cop directly over him fighting with him who fired those shots, or the cop that had his gun out by the victims head?

I believe the first shot was when the gun was pressed right against his chest. You can see the blood on the car right after. That's when the cops shot again.

Did he or did he not have a gun? If he did have one and that's what they grabbed from his pocket/side, it's such a tough call.

People forget that these police officers are regular people like you and I. They go home at the end of the day to their wives and kids. When you respond to a call and for whatever reason the altercation gets physical and a gun now because involved, I can't even imagine the thoughts that must be running through their minds. They want to make it home safely to their families, and perhaps sometimes they make the wrong decisions in that unfortunate spilt decision.

Now in this particular situation, based off of this video a fatal kill seemed completely uncalled for. They had him on the ground, two against one. Even if they felt they couldn't control him, I think a hit with a taser would have subdued him. Again though, there could be a million different reason why this all happened and played out the way it did.

I'm not sticking up for the police, at the end of the day a man lost his life and it's very sad but I can understand a cops mindset when a weapon becomes involved during an altercation.

I have family that serve the force but I would never say that most police are people like you and I.

A good portion of cops are people who are tough guy power trippers and entered the force for this reason. A good portion have anger issues, and entered the force for this reason. A decent amount of people enter the force for the wrong reasons.

Unfortunately demand is high, so people aren't screened as well as they should be.

Very true, I'll post more details here when I see them. If he was armed, the state was an open carry state and its not a death penalty to open carry, unless he was reaching for the gun(possible but he was clearly struggling to move already) if he was actively pulling for his gun and the police officer saw that his life was in danger, that's a different story in which the cop made a tough but needed decision. If he was unarmed or armed but not actively reaching for his weapon, then the cops who shot should be charged with murder.

I always thought the democrats were the intellectuals, and the GOP was just a party filled with rich 1%ers and tough guy patriots who use their brawn because they have no brains?
