Still finishing up last night Republican debate. I know Im the big non-income tax guy, but I also am a man who can compromise.

Trumps plan is a significant improvment imo as well, actually surprised I found details now unlike I did months back.

The Trump Tax Plan Achieves These Goals


  1. If you are single and earn less than $25,000, or married and jointly earn less than $50,000, you will not owe any income tax. That removes nearly 75 million households – over 50% – from the income tax rolls. They get a new one page form to send the IRS saying, “I win,” those who would otherwise owe income taxes will save an average of nearly $1,000 each.
  2. All other Americans will get a simpler tax code with four brackets – 0%, 10%, 20% and 25% – instead of the current seven. This new tax code eliminates the marriage penalty and the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) while providing the lowest tax rate since before World War II.
  3. No business of any size, from a Fortune 500 to a mom and pop shop to a freelancer living job to job, will pay more than 15% of their business income in taxes. This lower rate makes corporate inversions unnecessary by making America’s tax rate one of the best in the world.

He's a notch under Bush Jr.
Republicans these days, and in recent years, seem to love idiots as their leader. I guess they can relate better to people with low IQ's. Not a dig at Republicans in general, but in all seriousness - the party (overall) has been in decline for years now.

The Republican Party today is a far cry from yesteryears. Sad state of affairs.

Maybe you guys forgot about the 3 word campaign for Hussein, "Hope and change". Hussein said he was going to make it a "post racial" America. How's that work out?

Too much hope, not enough reality. Worked out horribly. America will never change. Too many ignorant people here, and it seems to be getting worse each year.

He barely says anything new, the "buzz" has really worn off from me. Nowadays if he pisses me off Ill find a Ron Paul lecture on youtube and then I feel better.

Im slightly more optimistic than that....Ive seen many people actually wake up to the truth, the fight just needs to continue here on anabolicminds forums and the good will win!

Finally heard the Palin speech.

Cant believe Im saying this, I used to be all over her and I DO NOT support her and her policies, but damn, if I was Trump Id think she would be my #1 political enemy preventing me from coming to power.

She sounds far more presidential than he does.

Her public speaking skills....although on the 6th grade level (compared to Obama's 4th grade) have developed very well over the years.

Where did you get Obama's 4th grade level speaking skills? Maybe you're referring to Trump? ;)

Just by watching Obama, and Ive seen alot of him. He sounds like a snake oil salesmen working at Toys R Us. There were some studies that had his speech at a 6th grade level or lower I saw a while back too. Its not just him, its typical politicians these days, you know the ones that get elected.

Obama even bought his teleprompters into a 6th grade classroom to talk to kids.

Trump doesnt say anything significant either, so you can throw him in too.

I have no idea what she said there, but she is great, lol

If I wanna hear intellectual political speeches I usually just go to Ron Paul, or find old stuff from a hundred years ago when Paul was a kid.
