the more populated we become the more important kindness, manners and respect become, imo.

I've noticed the opposite here in NYC and have been pretty shocked by it! Usually this city has been know as 'rude', but everyone's been seeming so friendly and upbeat here lately, it's amazing!

GOD HELP ME...I am on the same page as a atheist, lol....it really isn't hard to compromise as long as everyone puts the best interest of the WHOLE 1st!!!

I think there's compromise on every single issue we have in this country.

Economy/Spending
Taxes, and where to place them
Guns
Military Force
Health Care
Immigration
Education

etc, etc

There is middle ground for all these that would work. You know what doesn't work? Doing nothing because the lines are drawn.

Haha man.... Coming from Canada, I expected the worst when moving to NYC, but it's not at all how people say it is. I've been here 8yrs and it's far friendlier than I'd ever expected. Intimidating at first, sure, possibly rude for tourists who come here and move around in slow motion, but I've really grown to think that NY is a truly great place.

But I'm not religious so I'm ok with the liberal views on sexuality, abortion and evolution.

I'm middle road on guns and immigration. I'm sketchy if Islam. I'm anti affirmative action. Feminism is annoying, just be equal and stfu.

Political correctness has ruined the word liberal.
 
I have conservative values, but:
I believe in unions
government regulations on business
raising the minimum wage
better pay for military
welfare [entitlements] for those who truly need it
2nd amendment

I don't believe in affirmative action, that time has come and gone!!!

Lol....thats because the topic of the debate was national security, although economics is a part of that too and was covered a little by Trump and Paul.

They usually find different pre-planned categories per debate so they can somewhat cover everyone's sales pitch in a measly 2 hours.

Ahh ok... I tuned in late to the debate and had no idea what they were going to talk about going into it lol.. Was hoping they'd talk about a range of topics.

speaking of Hillary.......I saw where sec of defense ashton carter admitted to using personal email for business related messages and said even though it was non-classified it was wrong and he apologized...were you listening Hillary?
back to Hillary, some of those emails of hers were found to be classified....

Classified or not, she needs a mandatory 7 years prison sentence for obstruction of justice for wiping out those hard drives.

on the other hand I was shocked when ashton carter came clean...haven't seen that much in the Obama administration!!!
