Donald Trump running for president

Why black lives don't matter to the NRA

Invalid Link Removed

Its not an NRA issue, the only NRA issue is protecting the 2nd amendment, not be involved as liberal social justice warriors.

"Black Lives Matter's" movement is a racist pathetic movement.

If I stare long enough I see an island, with exotic amphibian creatures and beautiful women all around. But I know, that's the 'wrong answer'. It's really just another hooker, right?

I'm learning! lol

Hmm. Where is the ‪NRA‬ public statement showing their outrage over the unlawful shooting of an American citizen with a concealed carry permit? I'm sure it's around here somewhere.

Maybe its next to the Tweet from ‪Donald Trump‬ expressing outrage over this clear violation of the spirit and law of the 2nd Amendment. Hmm.

Is the NRA is required to do so? Sometimes it seems like you guys honestly just look for **** to call people racist over. It's ****ing pathetic.

LaPierre has had a lot to say over these last couple of Terrorist tragedies. But he's been eerily silent the last 48 hours. Hmm.

Terrorist tragedies vs a police officer shooting someone who MAY OR MAY NOT have been acting in the wrong. Big difference there man..come on you're smarter than this.

When the one guy informed the officer he was legally carrying concealed, he should have used a couple more brain cells and kept his hands where the cop could see them. Period. You dont comply with an officer's commands, especially when you just told him you have a gun on you, don't be suprised if something bad happens.

Whether you declare you are carrying or not, don't do something stupid and not comply with an officer who demands to see your hands. It's not rocket science.

They shot him before seeing if he was gonna pull it. Imagine they missed and hit the kid . Idgaf wat anyone says . Fukk that shyt , the cop shpuld have waited a few seconds . Did the guy die ?

He was reaching behind his back and not complying. Every cop has to draw a line in the sand for every interaction in how far they are willing to let someone go before deciding it's enough. All of us armchair quarterbacks don't have the jobs that require that kind of stress and decision making in the split seconds that could mean you lose your life.

Not all of us your correct

statistically blacks are disproportionately likely to be involved in violent crime.

black men commit nearly half of al murders in the united states, which is astounding when you take into consideration that they only make up 12-13 percent of the population.

So cops should what? Only view black people as a threat?

When's the klan meeting?

those are readily available facts/statistics, I am sure that cops are aware of them, it would be stupid not to be.

I thought we were meeting at your house?

Once detained and interrogated the guy who shot me in the knee stated , " i was going to shoot him anyway " . He was angry because he was escorted to the door after assaulting a dancer . This was in my bouncer days . He had the gun in his hooded sweater . All i said to him was have a good night. Had he concealed the pistol in his pants or somewhere else I would have had time to disarm him . The whole time he was standing in front of me i had no idea he was going to shoot me . So color should not be involved . The man who shot me was not African American or American. He was considered Asian.

My point is , it can happen anywhere anytime. No matter how good you are .

STATISTICALLY you are 80% more likely to have an automobile accident if you are over the legal drinking limit...

this does not mean that if you don't drink you will never be in an automobile accident.

Even one of our governor's is quoted as saying:

“No one should be shot and killed during a traffic stop for a tail light…Would this have happened if they were white? I don’t think so.” Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton news conference on shooting of ‪Philando Castile‬ by police.

It's pretty clear this shouldn'tve happened.

Depending on the level of communication between officer and civilian. I do believe the Minnesota case has more facts than werr being told.

So you're insinuating that the cops should treat black peoples as more of a threat than other races. Damn thebigt, from now on every opinion you have will have a racist slant to it :/

For the record regarding our earlier conversation, i was talking about the Baton Rouge incident not the Minnesota one. I dont know anything about the Minnesota incident other than it was a traffic stop for a tail light.

hey, look here...don't shoot me, I'm just the piano player....sorry if the statistics don't fit into your agenda.

I didn't insinuate anything, all I did was post statistics....stockbrokers look at statistics, accountants look at statistics, medical people look at statistics, athletes look at statistics, politicians look at statistics-including democrats...are you saying it is racist for cops to look at statistics?

Obama said the Cambridge Mass police acted stupidly when they arrested the race baiting professor for disturbing the police. Professional agitating politicians proclaiming their opinions don't really mean much.

statistics show black males are 8 times more likely to resist arrest

In a statement Thursday, Dayton called the shooting "totally unacceptable." He said he found both the shooting and the aftermath "absolutely appalling at all levels," noting in particular that no first aid was provided to Castile, while other police officers did attend to the officer who fired the shots. Dayton also criticized the "stark treatment" of Reynolds by police.

Would this have happened if those passengers, the driver and the passengers, were white? I don't think it would have.

Gov. Mark Dayton

"Justice will be served," Dayton said. "Justice must be served.

Remember the FreddiE Gray case that started the Baltimore riots? The mayor and the DA both declared justice will be done for Freddie. The DA is batting zero for 3 of the officers that she declared were responsible for killing Freddie. The DA is now facing a disbarrment complaint.

AND AT LAST COUNT 12 RIOTERS ARE BEING PROSECUTED!!!

1. The officer should have used better judgement firing into a vehicle with a child in the back seat
2. The other officers on scene should have rendered emergency medical assistance to the subject after the shooting
3. The female should not have been handcuffed as she posed no threat to the officers

That being said....I watched the entire 10 minute video. The woman changes her story 2-3 times during the course of the video. First she stated he was shot 3 times, then 4 times. Then she initially stated that the officer told him not to move and he "was putting his hands up", then it changed to he didn't do anything and was shot for no reason. And, I think it's convenient that she had some BS reason to not record the actual shooting, or the events leading up to it, just the aftermath and her version of what happened.

Me either man, me either.

Saw this a while back:

you have to walk a mile in a cops shoes....

it is too easy to sit back and criticize....I would probably shoot some one every day if I were a cop...

better to be judged by 12 jurors than 8 pallbearers!!!

Couldn't agree more

For all the armchair cops. This happened near me. This cop didn't go home for nearly a year or so after some punk ass kid ruined his life, because his friend was wanted for an incident. It doesn't take a gun or a bat or a pipe. This kid kicked the defenseless officer from behind while he was cuffing his punk friend.

I know another officer who's now dead after committing suicide in the police department he used to work for. He got into a fight and the prep beat the hell out of the officer with a mag lite. The officer was finally able to pull his gun and end the threat. It messed that cop up bad in the head. He was retired on disability. He was out of work for a long time. He went by the PD to visit with the dispathers one night. He excused himself to use the bathroom and blew his brains out. We guess he didn't want to do it at home where his his wife or kid would find him.

Things change and go south for cops in the blink of an eye.

this really needed to be said...there are two sides to every story.

the other issue- cities are so focused on revamping the polices and procedures on conflict resolution and how to avoid escalation with police officers. That is a great step, but seriously, where the F are the public announcements for citizens? Its so simple, follow the instructions of the officer period. More times than many, people are the ones who cause the situation to become critical, not the officers.
