So all Maricopa govt officials at all levels have fraudulent surety bonds posted? Why would they have a surety bond at all (fraudulent or not)? A surety bond is to guarantee payment if the holder fails to pay.
Why would various govt officials from school board up be promising to pay... (pay to whom?... for what purchase?) And then have that payment guaranteed by a fraudulent bond?
If it was a govt corruption scam, the govt officials would be GETTING paid... not promising to pay (with a bond, no less). Opposite of what one might expect with govt corruption.

So I looked into this story further and confirmed its all wacky Qanon bullsh1t.
In April 2022 Forbes even wrote an article on it, and at that time this very same stunt had been tried 14 times to various school/county boards and there is no record of it having ever worked. No surety company has ever paid on these wild claims and allegations.

And I would be willing to bet that two years later this stunt has still never worked and never will. Why? Because for one, this Miki Klann is a moron who believes the world is flat. As a basic starting point... if someone believes the earth is flat, or giant bigfoot roam America, or that we never landed man on the moon; they are retard level stupid and you should ignore them completely!!
Yeah, school boards and county boards are generally insured and thus backed in some way by a surety bond. You can make any claim you want, for millions or billions of dollars... but if its a wacky or stupid claim you are not going to win in court and the bond company is not going to pay. And the sureties are real companies with real lawyers that went to real schools of the type that know the earth is a spheroid/globe shape. So it better be a good case with hard facts, led by someone other than Miki Klann !!

also you are kinda correct about the bonds but missed some key points. a surety bond can be put on an official to guarantee they perform under their scope of work. if they operate outside of their scope of work they can be liable.
Whether elected or appointed to their positions, public officials can often be responsible for handling taxpayer money or are in a position of power where they can easily take advantage of their situation for personal benefit. This presents a certain level of risk to the public. Because of this, many government entities require some public officials to obtain a surety bond.
I could go on but the reality check is this: Even IF this doesn't sound legit, if someone serves you personally for a multiple million dollar lawsuit where the lawyers wont touch it with a ten foot pole and you only have 3 days to comply. you are going to sh17 yourself for the first 48 hrs and once you realize no one is coming to your aid legally, you have to capitulate.
my bet is this start happening all over and if nothing else some of these officials will step down out of fear.

No one is getting on board with a guy named Hornberger. Just ain't happening.
However, I think the Libertarian party has ballot access to all 50 states. If they were smart they would field a much bigger libertarian type, like Tulsi Gabbard or RFK Jr. Run someone who could get 15% national interest and then access to the presidential debate stage... and then REALLY speak libertarian principles to the American people.
But they aren't smart and aren't going to do that, and as such will forever remain a pot-brownie carnival side show. It's a shame really. If they could win the Presidency it would forever make a 3rd party a viable choice and change American politics forever. There will never be a better time than in this particular Biden/Trump election pairing.

If Tulsi or RFK Jr. run on the Libertarian platform I am not voting for them, that is 100% no for me and pass. They are not Libertarians in terms of actual policy I meam come on man, they are both big government socialists even RFK Jr talking student loan forgiveness and crap like that. No way Id consider voting for them thats not what our country needs. They can both stick as Independents and run like that. Dont need big government blowtards talking to people about what Libertarianism is and infesting our platform with their junk.
That being said, Im a registered Libertarian but not loyal to the actual party, just the principles and select people. If Tulsi or RFK run on the Libertarian ticket my vote is not automatic, please stay far far away although there are things I like about them.
