Doing some research.

I'm just wondering what are some good ways to start my research into anabolics. I want to be well educated before i ever start a cycle, and forums can sometimes get confusing. I have tried Pros before and they have gotten me some nice gains, but i hear they are alot worse for you than an actual steroid.

i hear they are alot worse for you than an actual steroid.

Many of them ARE actual steroids. The only actual differences would be oral vs. injectable AAS and a few "pro hormones" have to undergo conversion to become the target hormone.

Oral Steroids=Designer Steroids=Prohormones.
Some prohormones are actually gentler on the liver and can be ran much longer.

For every hour you spend researching AS, spend two on PCT/AI. It is like many other hobbies, the hard part and most attention should be in the prep work, the actual act is quite simple. Start simple, go slow and get some experience. Best of luck!

Alright guys thanks, have been lifting for a while now and just want a little extra to help with cutting then building more lean muscle.

That is easier than a recomp cycle. In addition, spend some time reading studies on peptides and sarms. The hobby evolves, and even though I knew Dan Duchaine there are new facts and myths exposed all the time.

I have tried doing research on peps and I can't really find jack. Nothing really tells you which ones do what unless you look then up individually. And even then I have yet to find anything that even remotely explains how to cycle them.
