Doing PCT the best way possible.

hey guys. What are the steps and methods of running pct appropriately and cycling off. Never done have no clue about and just wish to understand the ends and out of doing it correctly.

If any information is need please ask. Thank you.

You ask five people you might get five different answers. If I had to come off and PCT I would start with HCG. I'd grab a 5000 bttl and take 500 every other day till the bottle runs out and then I'd start a small dose of clomid (25) or enclo (12.5mg) daily and 20mg of nolvadex daily. After 4-6 weeks id stop the serms and get my tests done. Then after I'd been off PCT for about a month I'd get the test done again to make sure everything is still working right. The first blood work is going to be while you're on all the serms so you want to make sure your numbers stay elevated after you stop the serms.

I see a lot of ppl blast big doses of HCG but everything I've seen is always led me to believe you don't need a huge dose You just need a high frequency of dosing. I would even want to say their was a study showing that various doses worked similarly as long as they were injected on the same frequency schedule.

How long would you let your body stabilize off having nothing before cycling on again.

I ran test cyp for about 2 months and am running sustanon at 350 a week for the past month.

Is cycling off appropriately better than cruising?

Is it possible to keep gains from pct or will a lot of that be lost.

I’m not apposed to cruising on it I just want to make sure that I don’t **** myself and completely shut my body’s production completely off if any of this makes sense

There are no concrete answers to these questions. But every single time you run a cycle your taking away a little bit of your ability to recover naturally.

Also cyp and sustanon are the same thing they're both just testosterone, they peek at different times but they're still just testosterone. So you have been on test for about 3 months. No1 will be able to keep cycle gains when there off cycle. Even TRT (real TRT) Will eventually prevent you from keeping games as well because you can't keep the gains you made on 700 mg of test or whatever it may be when you drop down to 150 mg of test. But when you do drop down to TRT You don't crash You maintain steady hormone levels start to finish and you put yourself into a much better place to at least have a chance at maintaining your gains.

Now games don't disappear overnight it's going to take time for them to go away So if you're running 2-3 cycles per year and TRT or cruising in between You have a significantly better chance of maintaining.

I will say that I don't know a single person who runs one cycle a year and then does a PCT and then continues to make gains they all kind of seem to follow the same pattern where they put on a little bit on cycle and then lose a little bit after the cycle and then they put on a little bit the next cycle and then they lose it again after the cycle and it just kind of becomes revolving door. There's going to be other fat there's like genetics and diet and how far you progress naturally and all these things are going to come into play as well.

PCT or TRT is kind of a lifestyle decision that you just got to make.

Final personally that when I used to run a PCT I would feel kinda crappy for about 2 months or so. And when your testosterone is low and your estrogen is high and you're on a whole bunch of serms you don't feel good and you don't even want to go to the gym half the time. And PCT will still eventually fail after a certain amount of cycles That's why you don't see guys in their 40s 50s and '60s coming off and running a PCT successfully.

If you're in your 20s or 30s you're probably going to have a lot better luck with a PCT.

I do believe a lot of what I said to be factual but also a lot of this is opinions and very personal dependent as every person responds differently to everything.

At this point in my life I've kind of come to the realization that if I could not be on TRT in between cycles I wouldn't run cycles at all I wouldn't mess with steroids I wouldn't even bother. But that is my personal opinion there are plenty of people who run one cycle a year or two cycles a year and they come off in between and they're completely happy with it

I know personally after a cycle when I go to TRT I can continue to make progress for about another month, which would make sense because if I switch straight to my TRT dose I still have the other gear in my system so I'm kind of on cycle still. And then eventually everything levels out, And I can maintain fine on my TRT for a few months. But after about 2 to 3 months I'll start going backwards again and I'll start another cycle. If I cruised on 300mg I'd bet I could maintain everything all year round. At least for the size that I am right now as I'm not a really big guy I'm only about 200 lb at 5'9. 12ish bf. Don't need much to maintain that
