Doing my first cycle of black stones labs epi smash, I'm about 5'7" & I'm 191.4 lbs, I've been cutting for about a month prior and it's my first week of epi smash, I've been eating no carbs on my off days and having moderate carbs on my workout days with one cheat meal a week, I'm also using gear support as well, calories on off days are 2100 calories and calories on workout days are 2400-2500, so just want to know if this is a good set up for using epi smash, new to the forum, I'm cycling for 4 weeks
