Doing few sets of pull ups everyday?

Would this affect my workouts?

I am not bulking at this point, and won't be for a couple of months.

Im just looking to increase my back strength, and assist with fat loss (my ankle is a bit screwed, cant jump rope or run hard at this point).

Figure I can do a few sets a day, not to failure.
 
No. If you're not going to failure or pushing yourself before the day you train back, you should be fine.
 
I do pull ups everyday. Always as part of my warm ups before a workout and usually throughout the day I'll grease the groove by knocking a few out here and there. And about once a year or so I do a 100 day pull up challenge.
