.. does this stuff go bad?

i was walking outt of my gym today, and one of the trainers asked me if i wanted some free supplements (like im gunna say no?)

so of course i took them, heres what i got

3 cases of vpx power pump 7 (pre workouts)

nano vapor (pre workout)

bsn Volumaize (something like waximaize)



the pump 7s are great, just really expensive to buy every day...

But my question is... if the nano vapor and the volumaize are both expired, would there be any harm taking them? im more interested in the volumaize... this big bottle looks to pretty to throw away because its a few months expired

Eggs will hatch within a
couple of days of being laid and feed immediately.
Feeding will occur for 1-3 weeks and then larva will
spin a cocoon in which they will pupate to an adult.

yeah i dont see any 1/8 inch creatures crawling in my maize.... although, if they were, i guess i could consider them extra protien?

so should i use this stuff or what (srs)

I think you'll be fine.

I have half a tub of glyco maize in my cupboard that I tap into time to time. I just give it a very thorough look before I drop it in my shaker lol. I've seen these "bugs" in flour before. There wasn't a bunch so it wasn't very obvious, but ever since that, I've been paranoid with nearly expired powders lol.

But hey maybe this could happen??

thanks for the help... im gunna take it, i cant see myself throwing supplements away.... its just not right
