Found that in an article on another website. I can post the link if you like. The author is Bill Roberts. I hadn't heard of anything like this before so I thought I'd try to get some input. Thanks.
 
This is old info. This concept is not held in high regard now.
The only exception is probably DHEA at reasonably low doses.
