So I have lost a good amount of weight over the years but my chest seems fatty. There isn't a lump behind the nipple but on the outside edges of my chest like on the side of my pecs there are lumps and then below the nipple over the rips there are several lumps.

I don't see any evidence of gyno in this picture. It's generally a circle that surrounds the nipple, looks kind of puffy. For the most, the first signs are itchiness surrounding the area. That's the warning sign to start taking some anti-e's.

Bro i had the same thing when i lost a bunch of weight. A few things i noticed. 1 i needed to be leaner
2 i had to develop my chest more, i had to work on upper chest as a priority 3 needed to give it time for my skin to tighten up after i lost the weight. Good luck bro. Keep up the good work

I also use to think I had gyno but truth was my chest holds fat more so than other body parts and I just wasn't lean enough... I would say that you do not have gyno

Probably Pseudo Gyno. Weight loss and further muscular development of your chest should correct the problem.

Thanks for the input guys. Went to my doctor today and he wasn't sure about all the lumps scattered in my chest. He is ordering and mri for me this monday so wish me luck

It's all good, just stating my opinion and how I see the situation.. Gyno does suck if it's not under control, I don't even mind having it now, it's really not a big deal..

Just an update, zero breast tissue in my chest, a lot of what I thought were large lumps were gigantic veins underneath some fat but they were huge in the mammogram, and lastly I have one large lump to the right of my right nipple that is a tumor but it's not cancerous and isn't nearly as large as it feels apparently. So all good. Thanks for all the help and whatnot guys.
