Does taking exogenous testosterone effect igf-1

does taking exogenous test for hrt within normal range negatively effect igf-1 in any way? Does taking arimidex lower or raise igf-1? I've heard conflicting reports

I read testosterone raises IGF-1 and logically it should, especially if your working out, I could see how arimidex might lower it but havent read anything.

Keeping e2 in check I feel helps keep IGF-1 good.
