Does the synerglut in amino iv enhance electrolyte uptake like sustamine does? I know that it delivers glutamine to muscle tissue in the same way but does it also enhance electrolyte uptake? I was reading the writeup on sustamine and it appears the alanyl-glutamine needs to be in peptide form and not free from in order to enhance electrolyte uptake from the gut or am I misreading it. I see nothing in the amino iv writeup that says it helps with hydration so that's why I'm asking.
