Does phosphatidylserine block cortisol?

I was looking for possible cortisol blockers, wasnt sure if this is a real thing or snake oil but i bumped on phosphatidylserine. I also read that it is a nootropic?
Any thoughts/experiences?

Is Reduces Cortisol.. One of the better choices. Be a small drop in cortisol though.. Mix with some ashwaghanda and be a nice little addition.

But yes.. It does aid in Reducing cortisol

Phosphatidyl Serine....

Thier are a few products that seem to get good reviews... Reduce XT and also Lean Xtreme if i remember correctly?

I wouldn't worry too much about cortisol problems though.. Diet plays a far bigger role overall
