Hello,

If you could post a little more info the community can help better.

Age
Training experience
Current Diet
Weight
How much you want to lose

As far as the product, there are much better options out there. A pill claiming 16-20 lbs loss in 4 weeks from green coffee, is the exact reason why supplements get a bad wrap. I hope your point of thread wasn't to spam with that garbage pill.

I'm 27
I did not do any exercises before (regular)

67KG want to reach 52

I wouldn't say it's garbage. If used correctly especially along with hydroxycitric acid taking an hour before carbohydrate containing meals, there are some credible studies showing that it has a positive effect on blood sugar and glucose shuttling and into muscles preferably over fat.

However I do agree that the outrageous claims being made by those marketing green coffee bean extract or giving the supplement company a bad name. Don't expect anywhere near the amount of weight loss they're claiming. But it does have its benefits especially for those who are diagnosed as pre-diabetic or even diabetics

My advice is that every once in a while you could find it at drug stores on clearance for like $10 for a month supply pick up a bottle or two and if you notice positive effects then go online and buy some bulk powder or try to find a good deal on a larger amount

You're 27, and as such you can make some basic changes and see results without any changes except to diet and exercise. In 4-6 months you can reach your goal. No problem. (1-1/3 pounds to 2 pounds per week maximum.)

Calculate your TDEE(Real Quick)
10 x Body Weight in pounds, Female
11 x Body Weight in pounds, Male

Yours is about: 1477 calories per day TDEE just to maintain your weight
Drop that 200 calories per day for a week, then another 100 for another week, until you reach -500 calories daily less or get to about 1000 cal. daily.

Exercise
Either do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) if you are comfortable with that sort of routine, or LISS (Low Intensity Steady State)
You will drop body fat.

- Drink a lot of water throughout the day.
- BCAAs are a good idea

If you workout in the morning, maybe coffee, and or a pre-workout supplement.
As far as that product you mentioned is concerned. It's a singular waste of money and a scam.

but i bought it already. I'll test it and then let you know.

thanks for advices

why even bother asking us what we thought if you had already bought it and were going to run it?

Damn, I wasted all that time writing a post defending the very few positive attributes of green coffee bean extract just for someone who wanted to get a link in a post. Bann this dick
