does igf13 have to be mixed in acetic acid

i am looking for answer on weather igf13 has to be reconstituted in aa or if its fine just being recons. in bw water ...

i have always gone by what you read on various boards but would like to see an actual study on weather you do or not ..

thanks for any insight on this
 
yes sir; it saves it from being degraded quickly, but you can use the bw water right before administering to lessen the sting
 
AA is better because it doesn't down grade when you transport your igf1 to the gym, you know summer is coming too so...

and add 1ml ( 100units ) of AA into 1mg of IGF - 2 tick marks is 20mcg

This is incorrect. You do NOT have to reconstitute with AA. I know many people who use BW only to reconstitute their IGF-1. If you reconstitute with BW you do have to freeze the solution right away if not using it immediately though (to prevent the degredation that will occur from IGF-1 in BW at room temperature), so for ease many now reconstitute with BW and then freeze individually dosed syringes ready to go.

Careful though, on some slin pins 1 tick is actually 20 mcg or .02 ml. See if there are 10 ticks or 5 ticks on the pin before the 10 ml mark.

Made that mistake once...
 
Wilderbeast... when you say freeze does the mixed solution actually freeze solid or is it putting in the freezer sets the solution at the correct temperature so it is not destroyed over time? I heard that freezing will actually break down the proteins and destroy the solution. I'm new to this, but i have some on hand just because i had to take advantage of a recent sale. I will be researching more before i go into my own research.

Repeatedly freezing and thawing or significant temperature changes repeatedly will damage the protein. This is why you need to freeze each syringe individually dosed, so you are not trying to thaw and refreeze the entire solution for every administration. Freezing the solution and thawing it a limited number of times will not degrade IGF-1. As for storage of multiple mgs goes... if it were me I would only recon what I planned to use in the near future and throw the unrecon'd powders in the freezer for later. I personally do recon with AA and store in the fridge (and backload each admin with BW prior to admin), but many users with a sensitivity to AA simply recon with BW and freeze each dosage individually with no problems or loss in potency (anectdotally anyway).

Thanks for the info. I like the idea of drawing up the doses and freezing till needed. One less item to order on the list is good for me.
 
I used AA, then when I go to pin I add 3x BW. So my pin is preloaded at 5, I'll add BW and bring the plunger to 20 (that's +15 BW). I do not feel any sting at all.
 
drew up several doses of IGF-1 DES and MGF. This seems very easy for a 3 or 4 week supply. I'll just repeat next month.
