Does GYNO stabalize?

So at the moment im 5 weeks off a 1andro cycle doing 300mg ed. Didnt run on cycle e blocker stupid of me i did not expect otc oral 1andro to be strong enough to give bad side effects. But after a week into my otc pct which was form xt i noticed swelling of the chest. Immediately got 5 days of adex 1.5 mg ed and nolva 20mg ed after the swelling has gone down a lot and now all i have is puffy nips which i knew the risks and honestly doesnt bother me. To get rid of puffy nips if possible im on 12.5mg exemestane eod. And been on the stane for 2 weeks am i safe to come off? I can still tell i have two peanut M&M sized lumps below and to the outside of my nipples that are only noticeable to me. If i come off should i expect the lumps to grow or stay the same size?
 
You're gonna find a lot of mixed info on this. But, it will probably always flare up when you run any aas that can aromatize. Just keep arimidex on hand and if it really bothers you get gyno surgery. Gyno sucks, but it's often manageable.
 
Oh yeah, as far as growth... It can if you run anabolics without a ai...although I don't necessarily mean growth, but you'll notice it more when it's flared up.
 
Below and to the outside? The lump should honestly be directly behind the nipple unless it is bigger than you think and grew out in that direction. Mine was behind the nipple the gyno tail extended towards my armpit..
