does gaba act on the same receptors as glutamine?

I have heard this one time before that if one takes gaba that they dont have to take

glutamine....i know both are involved in raises hgh levels, with gaba being more effienent

at raising gh levels then l-glutamine, does anyone know if gaba and glutamine go the same

route into the muscle ?

and i know if any one does know this info that this is very highly researched information

from a scientific perspective

AFAIK the precise mechanism of orally administered GABA isn't understood, as per a recent Medline search, but I'd be more than happy to learn otherwise.

yes you can take them both at the same time. I took gaba for two years and just stopped it because im doig alcar . I like gaba and think it really does slow down the aging process,and may have some effects on fatloss.Glutamine IMO is not worth the money and i took it for a long time, spent $$ and really didnt see slight results if any, but yea i used to take them together.
