I have no idea what the true mechanism of DIM is however it is certainly true to say that Casodex is bad news for male libido and male health- I would be very upset if it worked anything like Casodex.
With regard to people reporting certain responses, I think we have to be a little bit careful. I mean those who have taken Propecia and other antiandrogens have reported increased libido at times and that as I see it is without a good explanation maybe simply the placebo effect.
I don't think we can assume that DIM improves libido and erections etc when the reports are subjective as opposed to something found within controlled studies, especially when the information regarding its similarity to Casodex seems to be of the opposite polarity.
I would be far more interested in what Dr John reveals regarding its mechanism of action, studies or such like than simple observations.
