Does anyone use oils to top up the calories?

My bulking calories are around 3600 and after tracking my macros and daily intake I've realised I'm around 500Kcal short per day.

I've taken to adding 40g of groundnut oil to my breakfast and mid-morning shake to increase the calorie content (considered peanut butter but not keen on the taste).

Anyone else do this?

Most people probably do. I'd suggest EVOO over anything though (extra virgin olive oil)
 
I use EVOO or extra virgin coconut oil for extra calories and taste.
 
EVOO,have always used it since I heard of others doing it years ago!
 
EVCO is another good choice,. I add it to smoothies for a bit of extra flavour
 
I use peanut oil and it works great....goes in anything, 120 calories per tablspn- the reason guys eat peanut butter for bulking is for the oil primarily anyway so skip the peanutbutter and just add the oil to your protien shakes....easy 500+ calories per day
