Does anyone swap different PWO every training day?

I've started using PWO instead of drinking coffee because I have to train really, really early (for me) at 7:30am instead of lunchtime like I used to.
I am using half scoop Nitramine Dragonfruit which is awesome but I think after a week or so its not as intense and full on like before. So I decided to open Conqueor primal punch and tried that and noticed an immediate difference in energy. Now I am not sure if its because the conqueor is more powerful or because using different PWO means I get a break from either one so my body doesn't build tolerance to it.

What do you guys think? Am I supposed to use different PWO for different days to keep the effects fleek or use more of the same.
PWO newbie signing off :alcoholic:

I agree.. switch it up. . My body gets used to the same preworkout a week.. definitely recommend switching it up every week.. nothing wrong with that

Using different pre-workouts everyday does not = to keep effects up

Thats the same as saying, hey lets switch a new workout this week to the next. Which makes no sense. Because you are not giving the body time to adjust or get used to what you are doing to see if it works. Patience is a virtue, thats why you should use something, take notes, adjust as needed and give it time to see how it treats you and your body. The same concept applies to nutrition and using different dieting or gaining methods to see how it suits "You"

Most pre-workouts are caffeine/stimulant based. over time you will build up a tolerance.
The only real difference you may note is what is in the formula
Getting adequate amount of ingredients from pre-workout pre-workout to see those effects of those ingredients such as:
Nootropics (Enhanced Focus)
Beta Alanine (Endurance/Recovery)
CItrulline (Pump/Lactic Acid Build up)
LCLT (Recovery)
Nitrates (Enhanced Pump)

These are just to name a few. What varies is how you respond to X or Y Amount of caffeine, no one is the same.
I would still make sure you take time off stimulants and pre-workouts as most suggest on the label after a good 8-12 weeks on stims for good 2-3 week non-stim break

It should be less about feeling the PWO coming on and more about which gives you better results. Read the labels dude

I think you could do that. I actually don't even use a pre workout unless I feel like I need to and then whenever I do need a pwo its always pretty strong cause I don't take them every workout. Also I have a lot of samples so I do mix it up a lot so I'm not taking one pwo for 30 days straight.

Well I know the effects of caffeine, so that by the time I get to the gym I'm like 'lets do this', compared with no caffeine dragging my legs abit. But once I am warmed up and get going I don't think there's much of a difference as far as 'results' go. I love the tingling sensation and I find that strangely addicting lol..I like PWO's that have that effect.

The Solution; I would like PWO to have all those ingredients that you mentioned :)

LeanEngineer; Actually that is a great idea! Maybe its better if I leave the PWO for leg days or when I am legit sleep deprived.

.

Then you need to read a label and buy a pre-workout that has all of those. That is why ingredient formula's are made. So you can read them and see what you want before buying.
or buy bulk raw materials and add what you want to your current pre-workout.

The tingling is probably from the beta-alanine, and if caffeine is what you like, just add more to the pwo that tastes better or is dosed better

I will have two open at once sometimes. For example, if I am training later in the day or after work, I may need something a little more high in stimulants like HyperMax XT, Core Fury, Extreme Igniter, etc. If I am training fasted first thing in the morning, something lower in stims like C4 is just fine. Sometimes, I will not take anything on those mornings as well.

I typically keep one pre-workout start off taking a half of scoop and progress to 2 scoops. Once I finish the tub, i take a couple of weeks off so my tolerance will go back down.

I switch up pre-workout drinks but for a different reason: Performance

I use various pre's based on my specific workout that day, my current levels of energy, and my state of recovery.

If I'm hitting cardio I might opt for something higher stim like alphamine or ferrox or mesomorph, vs a hypertrophy/power day where I might want something like Conqu3r for performance and pump.

I take Core PUMP during the week as I train after work (the strawberry-pineapple tastes nearly the same as High Volume paradise cooler).

On the weekend I go early and often don't eat beforehand.

So Saturday is Intra-MD plus some Komodo Citrulline and 3 tabs Ready4War. It is the hardest day of the week.

Sunday is much easier so 2 scoops of In-Kaged are perfect.

In an ideal world I'd be lifting around noon on empty stomach and take some Intra-MD plus citrulline and glycerol with 3 tabs Ready4War.
