Came across an article on this stuff on Monday and decided to pick some up at the store. I used the word supplement because I'm wondering if anyone uses it more for the anti-oxidant benefits rather than taste (although it tastes great)! When would the best time to use it be on workout days and off/cardio days? Today I used one serving in my pre and postworkout shake. I was thinking about using it in my powt cardio shake tomorrow.
