Does anyone have a job in cloud computing?

I am hoping to get my A+ certification soon. I still need to study some for that. Recently I have been reading about cloud computing and I kind of have an idea of what the job entails, how hard the job is and how hard it is to get certified. I read the yearly salary for cloud computing is $105,000.
