I always had a problem with bodybuilder diets.
Many people eat more than 40 or 50 grams of protein in one sitting.
Even though the hunger is blunted, there is still a physical craving for more food. I often eat some carbohydrates later.

How come almost all bodybuilding diets require lots of protein, and others tolerate it well.
