Does an abcess

does an abcess form at the injection site or can it form somewhere elso. I shot my quad a couple days ago and the muscle is still extremly sore. I can barley walk. The problem is my knee cap is really swollen and full of fluid. I have been standing and attempting to walk around for the past 9 hours today and about 14 hours yesterday. I am just now starting to rest it. The knee cap is not sore just swollen. I took some Motrin. What else can I do. Heat it, ice it what.

No, the more I think about it I don't think that it is an abcess, but I have been in pain where I shot in both my ass and my glute. I shot both site a few days ago. This is more pain than I experienced with enanthate when I shot. This is my first and second shot of winny. I think the winny might be dirty but I don't know. In my ass it feels like a ball of muscle. Because I can barley walk and the pain hasn't gotten better and it has only gotten worse I am getting worried. I stopped taking the winny. I am afraid it might be dirty becasue I found out that some other people who used the "pro proformance" brand has experienced alot of pain and one guy I knew got an abcess from it. I don't know if it was his fault or not. I figured it was but now I am not sure.
 
I would haul myself to the doc on this one.. sounds like you have something going on.. with it being at your knee it could be a system wide infection..
 
Winny is usually in water bro. Water based injects ALWAYS hurt more than oil based.

Give it a day or so IMO
 
if your leg is swollen then drain it...stick a syringe in the area of your knee and draw it out...very important..
 
The swelling in my knee went down. I think it was irriated from standing all day and night. My ass still hurts but not as much and my leg still alittle. It is so nice to beable to walk again. don't forget all the good things that you have going for you. Seeing, walking, tasting etc...
Never know what you had till it is gone.
