doctor regulated testosterone therapy

I am 31, male, and because of a spinal cord injury, my "T" has dropped dramatically.... i am going to be on 200mg every 2 weeks, my question is i am going to start to get back into the gym,(i am a veteran so all i ever did was work out) and i am wondering if this is a good dose to see some results with clean eating, and as much of a psychotic workout that my body can handle? any info would help... also what are some good things to stack with it I.E. BCAA's protein, so on... thanks guys

I always thought 200mg/week was normal for TRT....

Also, I'd be hesitant to do anything that falls under "remotely psychotic" even with a spinal cord injury. You don't need to kill yourself to change yourself.

Almost all docs will start at 200mg cypionate every other week. I'd suggest asking him to pin you every week so that your levels dont crash.

200mg a week is usually a "cruise" dose for bbers, not a therapy dose.

doctor test

thanks man, i am trying to incorporate a routine that is very safe, yet still getting the proper muscle tear down in order for growth... its really hard to find what my limitations are because i don't know what i can do anymore, i was a search and rescue guy in the military so i was really on top of my game.... i do notice though with this Depo test from my doc at 200mgs is really helping me do more of low weight high rep, so i guess it will have to be a shredded look rather than the monster i was... thanks for your input man... highly appreciated
