It'll effect your gains, your cardio, and your vascularity... Is it worth it? That's really where it got for me. I really loved smoking. I mean, really. I never thought I'd quit. But, I started thinking about how much work I put in at the gym, and about how I was hindering/halting my progress with smoking... Well, that finally got through to me where nothing else would. I had three cigarettes left in the pack and I left them on my table for a couple of days without touching them... On the third day, I tossed 'em. Then I just let the pain of not smoking take its ugly course. It sucked. However, I don't feel the urge to smoke now, and I feel much better on the whole. It controls you man... Is it time to control it?
